Jolla problems

Why I will stop using Jolla for a while:

  1. 6 nights in a row, the phone has switched off over night and then, stuck in reboot loop (yes, the battery was charged at about 50% and for 2 nights, the phone was even plugged to the charger). To be able to start it again, press the power button a couple of times (and get annoyed by only seeing the Jolla logo and red led) and finally, I need to pull out battery, put it again. And yes, I think its overkill for getting my laptop every-time and trying to get the phone out of reboot loop by reseting it using telnet. Also, my TOH has become little loose on the corners because of this exercise.
  2. Problem with connection: I have just moved to a new address and don’t have an internet connection. So, I am using wireless tethering a lot. But apparently, I see this problem with connection (for data connection) a lot and this annoys me again. I need to switch off the data connection from settings and turn it on again for the whole thing to work again.
  3. MMS: I sent an MMS about 30 days ago. Its still sending!
  4. Yellow thing (like burnt screen) on one side of the screen.

I get annoyed by these “small” issues and would rather prefer a working stack of things. I have liked Jolla from day one and support their eagerness but guys, be realistic. You people are shipping a CE hardware. These issues will reduce your credibility in the market.

And as an end user, I think every person (including me) will get annoyed with the above mentioned problems. At this moment, I will switch back to my precious Nokia N9. Will eagerly wait for the software  updates for Jolla and will make a #switch when they are fixed!

Can the community point me to any (reliable and not hack-ish) fixes, please? Or should I give my device to Jolla HQ for debugging? What should I do? Please suggest on my twitter handle @aseemshakuntal.
